2.25 Miles
Not so impressive really. But - 2045 calories burned against 1043 consumed - almost two to one. I have just enough energy to hold my head up and breathe occasionally. I need a new scale so I can see what I really weigh.

If you're like me, you've lost .38 of a pound after all that effort. But then you're not a middle aged woman, so hopefully you'll have better luck. I've lost 4 pounds in the last month. Woohoo.
ReplyDeleteFrom what I've read, most women would love to lose a pound a week. If you're not suffering unduly with your diet, then it's just a matter of time. Whatever you're doing, keep it up!
