Holiday Arts and Crafts

We bought these cute "ABC" gingerbread man cookie cutters from Amazon that have teethmarks and a leg, arm, or head missing. They're so fun we can't stop making them. There's something awfully entertaining about gingerbread men in various states of shock and horror. ABC stands for Already Been Chewed. They're pretty popular at the office now that people have figured out they're supposed to be that way.

Rudy made a rule somehow that if we don't make a Christmas stocking every year, we don't get anything. Here are ours this year. As usual, "Pa" wins the decorating prize.

Austin and Rudy made the mini-stockings and gift tags for our extended family. Cute, huh?

  1. Thanx for sharing the pics of your stockings. All of your stockings are so cute! Rudy is always so creative and I like your representation of all the family members, including Simba. What a great way to create Holiday memories every year by making stockings (you better not be rolling your eyes, Mister!). Austin - great job to you too on the stockings and tags for the family!

We all enjoyed the cookies at work. I know Brent would be a happy camper if you bring some more in when you get back into the office. I don't think I have ever seen someone so enthusiastic about biting off the body parts of a cookie before! Thanx for bringing in the treats to work.

    Thanx again for sharing :-)

  2. Well, I can't stop my eyes from rolling - pretty sure it's a genetic trait. But it is fun doing Christmas crafts and baking and stuff. Much better than Christmas shopping - something we really don't do any more. Thanks for the words of encouragement!
